Developing an accurate, detailed implementation plan is critical to translating your commercial digital printing requirements into an actionable project that meets your objectives quickly and cost effectively.

Building and administering print management programs like yours requires a dedicated, experienced team. While client requirements and implementations may differ, we follow a time tested, standardized process to ensure that the specifics of each project are delineated and adhered to throughout.

The day to day activities of your account is assigned to a Customer Service person who interfaces with customers to manage routine questions that pop up.

Tactical support is provided by an Account Manager who is responsible for implementation and on-going account management. This person is your primary point of escalation when necessary.

Technological support is provided through a combination of internal and external resources depending on the complexity of the requirement.

The “New Business” model: With the strains put on business in today’s world, downsizing has been a requirement. Yet we are expected to do more with less! Our Account Managers become part of your team, managing and delivering your documentation…efficiently and effectively!
