During our first year of business we began a partnership with a respected, Fortune 500 medical device manufacturer. This client was seeking a just-in-time digital print solution, but quality was of the essence. Under their watchful eye, we set about designing a quality digital printing program that works to insure 100% customer satisfaction. As anyone in business knows, this is a big tiger to have by the tail, and we are constantly tweaking and realigning elements of our process.
This diligence and commitment to quality has paid off and we are proud to announce that we recently achieved ISO 9001-2008 Certification! Currently, Docunet’s core business is print production for the highly regulated medical device industry. This niche requires us to have documented and reliable ISO standards in place throughout our service, procurement and production areas.
