During our first year of business we began a partnership with a respected, Fortune 500 medical device manufacturer. This client was seeking a just-in-time digital print solution, but quality was of the essence. Under their watchful eye, we set about designing a quality digital printing program that works to insure 100% customer satisfaction. As anyone in business knows, this is a big tiger to have by the tail, and we are constantly tweaking and realigning elements of our process. We look forward to ISO 9001-2008 certification by the spring of 2010.
