1: When sending us a file, send us the file in its native program, or the program the piece was created in. Sending the file this way will eliminate any possible color degradation. (i.e. Quark, Illustrator, etc.)

2: Make sure to do a "collect for output" to ensure that all fonts, graphics, etc. are present, so upon opening the file its integrity will be intact.

3: Use the proper compression software to go with your Operating System.
