Making your life easier and more successful is our goal! Docunet offers an on-line ordering system which allows authorized buyers a secure access to our Docu-Ticket System. Through this system buyers can order any document which has been proofed and approved. You can also check in real time the status of any job you have in our shop and can email us from the system if you have a question. We also give you a variety of options for notification—you can choose to be notified at each stage of the job’s process through production or simply when it ships. Once shipped, you receive a tracking number and a direct link to the shipper to check the status.
Buyers have the flexibility to place a large professional digital printing order, but request a quick turn on the immediate quantity required to keep the line up, or staggered quantities to keep the line chugging along. This eliminates the need to inventory large quantities reducing your costs for inventory as well as costs associated with obsolete parts when the documents change. We are more than willing to work with you to insure continuity with your production line.
Tracking:
Historical tracking on a part by part basis or PO as well as various other reporting configurations are available from your desktop 24/7. Most people still appreciate the comfort of human contact…Docunet’s pleasant and experienced account managers are available to assist you by phone from 8 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday CST. For accounts with locations across the globe, we extended our hours of coverage to meet your needs.
