We are leading a new approach to sustainability in the printing world. Historically, standard offset printing has not had a strong environmental track record, but digital printing and its related services are changing things quickly.
Just-in-time delivery and on-demand printing maximize flexibility and efficiency while minimizing waste. There is no longer a need to produce extras for the “just in case” scenario.
We’re also doing our best to save trees, one sheet of paper at a time. Our house stock paper all contains recycled content, and many are both FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and SFI (Sustainable Forestry Initiative) Certified. It is our goal at Docunet to reduce our impact on the environment in every way possible. This includes recycling all paper and cardboard, toner and other waste products from printers.
Docunet also reclaims and recycles the heat generated by our printers during the chilly winter months. It’s our policy to educate and guide our clients toward solutions which are more environmentally friendly and reduce waste.
